Enable Visitu to use the iPad camera

Some users are experiencing a black screen or blank screen on the iPad when trying to take photos during the sign in process.

Make sure you allow Visitu access to the camera of the iPad the first time you open the app.

Double Check that Visitu has access to Photos:

To manually allow the Visitu app to access your photos:

Tap the Settings application
Tap Privacy
Tap Photos
For Visitu Slide the toggle switch to the right
