Some users have reported experiencing a black screen or blank screen on the iPad when trying to take photos during the sign in process.
To resolve this issue, please make sure you allow Visitu access to the camera of the iPad the first time you open the app.
To manually allow the Visitu app to access your photos:
1. Click on the Settings app on the iPad.
2. Click on the Privacy menu option on the left hand side.
3. Click on the Photos menu option on the right hand side.
4. For the Visitu app, slide the toggle switch to the right by clicking on it.
